Norman 20 Cabin Cruiser

Part exchange listed here for a quick sale. Fraggle is a Norman 20 cabin cruiser with a fairly recent Mariner 15hp 4 stroke that starts on the button and pumps water exactly as it should. I started it on a cold day recently and there were no problems starting and she ticked over very sweetly. I did notice a leak on the fuel line where it clips onto the engine, whilst you can prime it by holding the connection it would need changing before use. The canopy is new and attached at the stern and sides but hasn’t been attached over the screen.

The cockpit has two helm seats that slide into recessed holes in the floor and storage lockers to port and starboard. There is also a hatch that allows the outboard to be viewed, beneath this is the portable fuel tank. The cabin is very spacious for a boat of this length, helped by the beamy nature of the Norman. On the right is a 2 burner gas hob and sink with storage under. Opposite is the heads compartment and hanging locker.

Finally a V berth. The interior and cushions have suffered badly from black mould (zoom in on the interior pictures) and there is water ingress through some of the windows. Viewing is strongly recommended, and by appointment only as the boat is in my boat yard, so please contact me to arrange it. I can send more pictures (I have a video of the engine running for example). There is no trailer and no moorings available so you will need to remove within a week of the auction ending.

This boat does require work, a proper clean, new upholstery (although perhaps they could be rescued), hood fitting, some windows sealed, woodwork painting etc. Positive points are a strong engine, new canopy, and a nice style boat to make your mark on and get out onto the river.
