Norman 20ft Cabin Cruiser

Norman 20ft 4 berth cabin cruiser. Very popular classic river boat from the 1980s because they are low cost to buy and insure and easy to maintain and customise. Full canopy, running gear (lights) and all seat/bed cushions, fenders, ropes and fire extinguisher. On hardstanding since start of Covid in 2020 but in the water regularly before then. Boat certificate has now expired.
Dry boat with no hull issues (although you might want to re-paint it). Refurbished Yamaha four stroke outboard, cost £1,450 in 2019. Cabin windows resealed in 2020. Needs a little tidying up, eg re-attaching engine throttle control to side of cock pit and a bit of paintwork. Canopy watertight and obviously retractable.
Separate toilet compartment with camping toilet. Sink with tap for running water, (just needs a new fresh water bag). Electrics run off a 12v battery which probably needs re-charging as it hasn't been used for 2 years. Currently on a hardstanding at the marina. Berth available by negotiation with the marina or can be taken to an alternative location by the new owner.
No trailer included. Payment by bank transfer or cash before collection. Can be viewed by appointment. Ideal family fun river boat for overnight, weekends etc. Summer's coming and it offers a great 'stay vacation' weekend option for the summer.
Will go at a price less than it's normal value, so a good investment.
