Norman 23

For Sale: Norman 23 cabin cruiser £3,250onoThis is our much loved Norman 23 cabin cruiser. We bought her 3 years ago and have recently started a love affair with a new project (campervan) and sadly do not have the time needed to devote to two ladies! We have given "Cheese & Quackers" a lot of t.l.c. Over the past few years but feel she would still benefit from more (wouldn't we all). The Good Hull: Sound We have scrubbed and painted: the bottom (anti-fouled, Spring 2016); the inside (instead of that horrid rotting carpet and dark varnished interior she had when purchased, after a LOT of elbow grease and beers, she is now light and airy inside.

New curtains throughout (I am very proud to say this was my invention...I have used white, cotton shower curtain material...as it is pre-treated it does not suffer with the mildew problems that boat curtains usually suffer with, I know, genius right!). Engine: 9.9hp Yamaha Serviced Spring 2017; new prop Spring 2016, starts/runs well. Safety Certificate: 25th April 2018. Canopy: only 4 years old, no tares, no leaks. Windows & hatch: resealed 2015 Gas hob & grill: in good working condition.

New Whale Pump fitted. The Bad New horn; headlight; port/starboard light; internal lights all purchased but not yet fitted. Water-tank removed to check seals okay, needs re-connecting Fitted gas heater not working - not investigated. The Ugly Hatch needs new trim inside (just aesthetics). All upholstery in good condition but looks dated (70's brown check).

Hardwood flooring has been made good but needs new lino/carpet.
