Norman 23 Cabin Cruiser Canal Boat

Here we have for sale is my Norman 23 cabin cruiser 4 berth Fully equipped with gas oven and hob, led lighting all around flatscreen tv, running water, cd radio, fridge freezer, night parking heater lots more. Runs 12v and 240v for higher powered items. I have been working on this boat for over 18months, I have fitted a diesel parking heater to keep you warm during the colder months. This can be run 24/7 and hardly uses any fuel. A 200w solar system that keeps batteries charged up.

In which you are able to charge your mobile phones or any gadgets you wish to use onboard. The batteries also run all the lighting and tv. So you do not need a hook up. Totally off grid. I have also just fitted a brand new carpet throughout.

Has brand new handrails and Handles fitted to the outside costing more than £200 (marine grade) windows resealed all around and. New rubbing strakes down both sides. Two double beds one to the front, and one pulls out in the centre of the boat. Too much to mention. The engine is a Honda bf100 which has been totally overhauled at bridge house marina and runs sweet with no problems.

All steering and throttle cables have also been replaced. Overall the boat is in excellent condition and would suite any small family to get away on. I also have lots of paperwork inc all the safety certificates and receipts for money spent on the boat. Boat safety till 2022 Boat is Moored on the Lancaster canal. Only selling as I have just purchased another project boat.
