Beautiful 4 berth 23ft Norman 1973 cabin cruiser 'Lady Margaret' In excellent condition for its age and completely refurbished in 2016 to a very high standard. Interior panelling has been updated in a light oak uPVC, white panelling in toilet (NO VARNISHING NEEDED). All kitchen units have been repainted inside and out. New worktops, sink and tap fitted. Two burner Gas hob with grill and oven.

Curtains, cushion covers and carpet have also been updated for a modern look. Thetford Porta Potti purchased in 2016. New Helm seat fitted in 2017. New steering wheel, cables and arm fitted Canopy is in good condition. Front window seals replaced.

Antifouled in 2016 and still has original gel coat. 2 Stroke Yamaha 25 autolube outboard engine, which has been serviced in June 2017 Brand new leisure and engine battery fitted 2017 (when serviced).
