Norman 32ft Centre Cockpit River Cruiser Canal Boat

This boat was bought by my uncle last year but unfortunately he fell ill shortly after buying it so it has sat unused for the last 10 months. I'm no expert on boats so I'll just tell you what I can about it, any questions are welcome. He paid £8500 for it in September 2016 and I have the receipt to prove (shown in pics). It's has an inboard sea wolf Diesel engine, which starts and runs very nicely and an Enfield z drive outdrive. It had a full boat safety certificate when purchased last September but it has been misplaced so I don't know it a duplicate is available from somewhere or it need to be inspected again?

There is a gas oven, grill, hob and separate heater in the front cabin and a water heater in the rear cabin which I believe works but haven't tested. I think the boat couldb fairly be described as a 5 berth as there is a double bed in the rear cabin and a double in the front cabin at the bow end and also a single bed in the front cabin. My uncle was in the process of giving the boat a bit of face lift but didn't get round to finishing it The front cabin has been re carpeted with new foam cushions that have been newly upholstered, the rear cabin is still the old cushions. We are therefore selling it as a project and it is priced accordingly. Please me any questions or to arrange viewing.
