Open Sea Fishing Boat

Have been asked to sell this as part of an estate sale as the family have no idea about boatssea fishing open boat fibre glass 22ft x 8ftit was an open boat but was having a clean up and an addition of a stand up wheel housesome fibre glass work has been done but some still to finish offthe boat requires the engine wiring up ,a control panel ,steering connecting up,some windows and a batterythe boat was up and running a year ago comes with some fenders and a decent anchorthe engine.1.8 bmc diesel engine,the engine hadnt been run up for a yearits had some new bits on it hoses clamps ect,its fresh water cooled with a seperate oil coolerthe engine starts and runs really well,ticks over very nicely the jabsco is disconnected as i didnt want to ruin the impellarneeds a rocker gasketgear box is hydraulic two to onefive gallon tank in the stern locker,bilge pumpthe boat was cleaned off and given a coat of epoxy inside and out,expensive paint...! The boat represents a good oportunity and would probably take a week or two to have it ready for the water and i believe the boat weighs well under two tons,it would go on a flat bed trailer,boat trailer or lorry and hiablorry and hiab can get in here as thats how it was dropped offhelp given if you bring a trailerthe price asked reflects the amount of work gone into the boat and the end value £3500/£5000...?
