Pair Of Used Gmc V8 6.2 Diesel Boat Engines

These two used engines were seen running and bought from SAMURAI DIESEL CONVERSIONS LTD for a re-engining project which was put on hold due to other commitments in 2004. They have been freshly marinised with kits supplied by SAMURAI which include stainless steel water cooled manifolds, seawater intake pumps and remote mounted Heat Exchangers. The engines now have Borg Warner Gearboxes fitted and the sale can include props, shafts, shaft logs, P brackets and twin rudders. The power to weight ratio of these engines is fantastic as in marine format they each produce 180 horsepower without turbos and weigh in at about 300 Kilos. Another brilliant fact about these engines is that , due to the bell housing, they can be a direct replacement for many V8 petrol engines and we would be prepared to negotiate to sell just the engines without the gearboxes and sterngear for direct connection to most stern drives.
