Parker 21 Yacht

Parker 21 Lift Keel Yacht. Hull no. 62, built in May 1992. I am the second owner, owned since September 2007. Kept afloat in Lyme Regis, wintered at home.

She is in very good condition, commenserate with her age. Four berths (cushions recovered in 2018 in water proof fabric), ceramic flushing toilet, 2 burner gas stove with vented gas bottle stowage. 30 liter flexible water tank/bag with deck filler, hand pump sink tap. Under berth stowage bins, plus side shelf lockers. Under the step is a large bin for foods Etc.

Large quarter bin for sails. 75A leisure battery, charged by 10W solar panel. Battery cut-off switch NASA BM1 battery monitor. 2 x 12v power outlets. New breaker panel 2018.

NASA combined log/depth and GPS readout fitted 2017. ICOM DCS VHF with Commander remote, linked to GPS. Furuno GPS, fitted 2007. Two interior lights, 2 reading lights. Fully lined cabin, so no condensation.

Forward deck hatch, new seal 2020. Lift keel trunking has 4 inspection hatches.Sails are all good, comprising Kemp Performance main with long battens and luff slot slides, new 2017. Goacher genoa, new 2015, serviced 2017 with new UV strip. Fitted on Rotostay furling system. Original spinnaker and cruising chute, both good, no patches.

Spinnaker pole. New mainsail cover 2020. Standing rigging replaced 2015, with forestay uprated to 6mm. Harken main blocks and backstay blocks, most other blocks Barton. All lines led aft, with 5 Spinlock clutches each side of the coachroof.5hp Mariner 4 stroke outboard, new 2008, refurbished 2020.

Remote 13lt tank. Standard and high thrust props.You can raise and lower the mast on your own if you wish (having a second person makes it easier), all raising lines/pulleys provided. New plough anchour, chain and warp. Various mooring warps, 10 fenders, boat hooks etc.Original RM trailer, with the axle replaced in 2011, hitch in 2015 and a new 2 speed winch fitted in 2019. Recent brake overhaul, and flushing connectors and greasable bearing caps fitted.These yachts are possibly the best built of their size ever made, sought after for their performance and handling.

I shall be sorry to sell her, but we are moving away and will not be able to use her in future.
