Seaworthy and comfortable American built 1981 Pearson 37ft ketch. 6 berths. Length: 37ft Type: Cruiser Beam: 11ft 6" Engine: Perkins 50hp Draft: 5ft Keel: incapsulated 3/4 length Hull Material: Fibreglass Rigging: Ketch Excellent condition backed up by a very good 2013 survey. U shaped galley with plenty of work surface and large refrigerator. 3 burner S/S cooker with oven.

H/C pressurised water. Spacious toilet with separate shower compartment. H/C pressurised water to sink and shower. 1 opening portlight, 1 opening deck hatch plus a dorade vent provides excellent ventilation. Electric macerator toilet.

Marine Air 16000BTU air conditioning, hot/cold. Requires shore power to use. Dickenson gas cabin heater with S/S chimney and flue. 5 opening portlights with flyscreens plus 3 overhead hatches and 2 dorade vents in total provide plenty of ventilation for the warm Mediterranean. Fold down swim platform on transom, cold pressurised spray.
