Picton 150 Gts Speedboat

Up for sale is my Picton 150 GTS fibreglass speedboat circa 1978 when they were at their peak, complete with engine and trailer ready to go. Finished refurbishing it last summer and tested it for a day on Windermere in Aug, where it performed faultlessly. I have replaced the plywood floor, put new carpet in, new front seat, new steering wheel, made some new rear seats out of old car seats, recovered the dash and side panels and replaced the navigation lights and masthead light. I even put 12v power sockets in the dash, just in case. The engine is a Mercury blueband 50hp, 4 cylinder 2-stroke with thunderbolt ignition.

I think from late 80s early 90s. Has started every time for me, and runs great. I had to replace the stator ring, switchbox and trigger ring when I got it. Comes on the trailer so ready to tow away and launch as is. The hull number is registered with the Lake District authorities, which I used to re-register it when I took it.

Comes with a Ducksback winter cover. Quite nippy on water, reaching about 35Kn. More photos will follow when snow clears. Cash on collection
