Piper Widebeam House Boat / Barge 60ft x 12ft 6 Highly specified widebeam barge built by the renowned British boat builders Piper Boats. Missee is a luxury liveaboard boat with all the mod-cons and makes comfortable all year round accommodation whilst moored or cruising. She currently lies on a picturesque mooring in the beautiful city of Bath and this mooring is fully transferrable if required. Solar panels and an integrated 3.5kw diesel generator ensure that vaccuum cleaners, hairdryers, washing machine and tumble drier can all be operated whilst away. The 1200 litre fresh water tank, 500 litres of diesel and a 450 litre holding tank ensure self sufficiency for over six weeks. Heating is provided by domestic oil fired central heating ensuring a steady warm temperature all year round. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and secondary glazing throughout assist in providing a comfortable environment and an impressive triple glazed skylight in the lounge makes this an incredibly light and relaxing home. Missee was originally specified by a retiring marine engineer and is of a premium quality and finish. The moorings have mains electricity and water, broadband internet, convenient service pontoon, allocated parking, shed storage and excellent transport links to both Bath and Bristol city centres, with a direct bus link to Bristol Airport. The M4 is just 15 minutes drive away. There are two riverside pubs within a five to ten minute walk, stunning country walks and the Bath to Bristol cyclepath on the doorstep, and the city centre is a ten minute bike ride or half hour walk. Should the new owner require the mooring then transfer is subject to a mooring transfer fee.
