Plymouth Pilot 18 Fishing Boat with wheel house This is my project that I have done a lot to and spent a fortune on. Unfortunately the housing association has said that it has to go as it is in violation of our tenancy agreement and I have nowhere else to store it. So quick sale needed. These boats with the wheelhouse go for between 3000 and 7000 depending on how good they are. This one if finished would go for over 5000.

Work to be done:- The only things left to do is marry up gearbox to prop. Electrical wiring not too much and finish off the painting again most of it has been done just needs finishing. You will also need to get some bilge pumps. The EngineThe engine is a BMC 1.5 35 horsepower that I have just bought to put in it. I have had it running but will need a 63mm exhaust as I only have a 50mm on the boat currently.

The only other thing it needs is an engine cover making up as one had previously was rotten. There is two new batteries that were purchased a couple of months ago that will come with it. It has fish finder and GPS and navigation systems and radio but haven’t seen them working as hadn’t got round to wiring up. There is no trailer included as had it transported by a friend but if needed transport could be arranged at buyers cost. So would not take a lot to finish overall so grab yourself a bargain.
