Princess 25 Boat/cruiser With Volvo Penta AQ225/280

For Sale is our Princess 25 Cabin Cruiser which has a Volvo Penta AQ225/280 fitted (5.0 V8) We are looking to change our boat for a narrowboat hence the reason for sale Pisces will sleep 4 comfortably She is in very good condition with a lot of money spent in the last few years to keep her up to date:New memory foam cushionsNew curtainsSterling Power 240v system with ProSave Anode protectionSterling Power ProSport battery charger (240v onshore connection)Sterling Power ProSplit charging system for twin battery set up (engine and domestic) She currently has a BSC (Boat Safety Certificate) until October 2023 and river license until November 2022All fuel lines have been upgraded to ISO7840 marine regulation, with metal fuel fittings and metal cannister filterSufficient vents were installed to meet CO2 regsThe gas hob and grill were overhauled by a gas engineer and burn correctly, along with all gas connections/pipes and regulator to the gas bottle/s - there is also a gas bubble tester fitted to the systemThe toilet was changed from a sea toilet to a Thetford 21ltr with power flush - all the connections are plugged but still in place for the sea toilet an the sea toilet will be included in the sale. In 2017 Pisces was re-antifouled along with new bellows for the stern drive, new Morse gear selector cable and anodesThe engine has been serviced every year in our ownership and had an oil and filter change at the beginning of this season (it was winterised last November). Pisces is currently moored on the River Avon nr Bath, I am not selling the mooring with the boat nor will I be selling the mooring separately.
