Working hours: 543. Full service 2018 Constuction The construction is of FRP, sandwich and solid in high stress areas. The boat benefits from have all exterior decks stripped back and relaid with Perma Teak. This is pale teak in colour with white jointing giving the effect of Holy wood banding which blends well with the white of the superstructure.This has been laid to the Flydeck, sidedecks,foredeck, Aftdeck and swim platform. This was all laid in 2013 and has a ten year warrantee.
The hull and superstructure were worked with compound and polish and any flaws found were filled and repaired to new. The Hull was scraped back with new primer and two coats of new Anti-fouling applied. Accommodation Accommodation, General. · This vessel is a three cabin layout, with a master double, ensuite, cabin forward. · Two further, twin cabins were to port and starboard.
The starboard cabin was en suite but had an extra door so the bathroom could be used by all. · The galley was found to port in the saloon. The galley is well equiped with twin stainless steel sinks, a brand new ceramic electric 4 burner hob, Microwave oven/grill & a large fridge with 3 star freezer compartment. The saloon is large, light and has just been completely refurbished with new carpets, curtains, blinds, headlinings, switches, sockets and new upholstery on the furnishings. All door furniture has been replaced for new and this work has been continued throughout the interior of the boat.The whole interior has been brought up to Princess 2012/2013 matreial specification.
Just been made and unused new sunbrella covered cushions on all exterior seating/sun bathing area to foredeck and Flybridge seating area. Just Finished and unused new boat covers and Bimini cover. Equipment Davits, Cranes and Boarding Ladders. · The vessel is fitted with a Cooney electro-hydraulic passarelle, which doubled as a crane for launching and recovering the tender. · Housed in a recess in the port side of the bathing platform is a stainless steel boarding ladder.
This was found to be secure and could be deployed with the tender on the platform. Ground Tackle and Mooring. · The vessel is equipped with a 20Kg Simpson Lawrence Delta anchor. This is attached to an unknown length (estimated at 70m) of 10mm galvanised chain via a stainless steel swivel. · The anchor is lowered and raised by a Lofrans electric windlass.

Safety Equipment Lifesaving and Emergency Equipment. · The vessel is equipped with a new 6 man Duarry liferaft stowed in an FRP canister mounted on top of the hatch to the flybridge. · The number of persons for which this liferaft is intended is Six · It was secured with fast release straps.
· Six Lewmar solid foam type lifejackets were stowed in the lazarette. All were in good condition. · 1 box containing a selection of distress flares. · The vessel is equipped with a functioning DSC type VHF radio · There was also a functioning hand held VHF in a charger at the inside helm station. · Electronic Position Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB).
· 1 first aid kit. · Also under the inside helm seat was a pack of soft wood bungs. · Two life rings a horseshoe type and a full life ring. Navigation Lights. · This vessel is fitted with a full working set of navigation lights which comply with the International Regulations for the Prevention of Collisions at Sea (IRPCS).
Bilge pumping Arrangements. · This vessel isequipped with two independent bilge pumping systems. · There were five electric pumps fitted in separate areas of the bilge. Each could be operated by an adjacent float switch or by switches at the inside helm station. · There is also a manual bilge pump system with the pump and manifold in the starboard cockpit locker.
