Project 1983 Redfox 200 Sailing Boat With Trailer

This project would suit only those that Have serious boat building knowledge. I bought this boat a couple of years ago as a project. I already had at the time two others boats I was working on, they were both completed and sold on. This Redfox 200 project was to be my last ever project after 60 yrs of boat building. The idea was to do this one and enjoy a bit more sailing and less time working on them though it has been a great hobby over many decades.
Unfortunately I've not been as fit and healthy as in the past, time to hang up the angle grinder. I got the Redfox into my workshop and began stripping it back. It soon became obvious that water damage made salvaging the ply part of this boat was hopeless ( this model has a fibreglass hull and cabin top all the rest being epoxy/glass/ply) On stripping the ply I found several holes in the hull one being 8inches square. The boat has been in the wars to say the least. Further inspection revealed the hull layup was surprising thin (4mm and less in places) the thinnest I've ever encountered.
None of this put me off rebuilding and making a better boat than it ever had been. I intended to strip out the entire hull, repair the holes epoxy glass and lay up the hull inside with two layers of combination glass with vinylester resin. Rebuilding is a mammoth job suited only to boat builders and people with a lot of boat building know-how. I still have the old frames to help cutting out new ones, there is a good mast, boom, main sail, rudder and dagger boards etc. If I can't find someone to take over this project then I will cut up the boat and sell all the fittings etc.
It comes with the RMS break back trailer in the first photo (brakes not working but fixable) which is a good solid trailer with good hubs. This was the boat when I first bought it. I'm selling at £900 because of the value of 800lbs of lead ballast, the trailer and all the fittings etc. They will more than bring in that amount. Questions: on here please.
