Puffin Pacer Sailing Dinghy, Day/Motor Boat, with 4HP Outboard Engine A very versatile little boat.... hence the name! I bought it in May 2018 and have enjoyed using it on the Hamble with my wife and young kids for two summers. I'm selling to upgrade to something bigger, which we can more comfortably get out in the Solent on. I've used it mostly under motor power, however it is fully equipped for sailing, with complete rigging. It comes with two mainsails (the original and a custom sail with altered leech at the head, which performs better with this boat).

Jib and spinnaker also included. All in very good condition. Outboard engine included. It's a 2-stroke 4HP Mariner. Old, but runs very smoothly, starts easily and has given me no problems.

The boat has a wooden transom which bolts on easily for mounting the outboard to. Rowlocks and oars included. Anchor included. Dry-barrel installed in bow for storing things safely. All bungs present and included.

Waterproof storage cover included. It's a bit faded and worn, but still completely weatherproof and fit-for-purpose. Road trailer with launching trolley included. All in good working condition. Well cared for.

Launching trolley wheels and tyres are fairly new. Generally in very good condition. It does have a couple of small epoxy repairs to the hull which can be seen in the pictures. Not the nicest looking repair jobs (were done by prior owner), however they do the job and are below the waterline. This little sailing dinghy has been fantastic for getting on the water with young kids.

Putting in on public hards and exploring the Hamble. With the open bow and amble seating, it's easily comfortable for two adults and two kids. Needs nothing spent on it - cheap, great way to get the family started on the water. Lots of info about the Puffin Pacer online. (even has a wiki page) Condition is Used.
