Reduced From 12K!! 64ft Ex Fishing Trawler

For sale 64ft (18.3m) ex fishing trawler. The vessel known as Edlei GY455 is originally from Grimsby and was build in 1975. I have all her paperwork from previous sale and full history. She was originally bought to turn into a houseboat, due to circumstances this is no longer going ahead. Below deck has been completely gutted out as you can see in the images of the stairs that we had began to build.

The conversation could still be done if you had the time and resources but I no longer have that option. The downstairs is fully opened up there are no walls. She could be put back to a working boat. The engine is a Cummings. She is very sturdy and her hull is in perfect condition.

The engine will need checking. There is an old winch connected up still and she has an overheating issue so she won't go anything above 4knots. Above deck does need a clean which I am happy to get done before a sale is agreed. She has been majorly reduced from 12.5k for a quick sale.She is moored in Mistley, Essex Viewings welcome.
