Ribtec 655 Rib Boat With Honda Outboard And Indespension Trailer

Here we have our Ribtec 655 rib boat.Fast and safe fun ideal for serious boating and family use. An ideal first boat for those looking to get a proper boat. Powered by the bomb proof Honda BF130, this rib was custom made for the original owner as a family boat for the Solent. Ordered with an extra long leg on the outboard to cope with all weather conditions, the deep vee hull and ruggedness of these ribs really make them a sea going 4x4. The rib has jockey seating for 4 along with specially ordered teak foot plates for children to support their legs, it has a front seat for two built in to the helm and a wide rear seat for two behind the jockey seats which has a reversible back rest allowing occupants to sit facing forward or reverse if towing a skier or toys.The jockey seats all have storage as well as the helm seat.
The boat has the additional benefit of a specially ordered 200 litre stainless steel fuel tank for long distance cruising along with sea star hydraulic steering, automatic bilge pump, compass and vhf radio. A Garmin chart plotter and fishfinder is also fitted.Navigation lights are also present, fitted to a stainless steel A-frame.The boat has always been dry stored on its indespension roller coaster trailer which has recently been fitted with new wheels, bearings, brake shoes and hitch. The boat has been in regular use throughout the year and fastidiously maintained during our ownership. A heavy duty winter cover is also included. Sadly being sold due to upgrade to a larger boat.All in all a great rib for safe family fun which turns heads and draws favourable comment wherever she goes.
