23' Seamaster live-aboard / weekend cruiser. Good engine and outdrive. Fully off-grid or shore-powered if needed. Moorings are approx £150 per month on a pontoon with a £40 residential surcharge if living aboard (PL11 2RE) Nice place with all amenities and easy access to Plymouth. This will sleep 2 comfortably in the v-berth and you can squeeze a couple of extra people on the sofa bed in the cabin and with the sofa in the wheelhouse laid flat.
Gas cooker, 3 solar panels and a split charge relay for main and leisure batteries. It's currently out of the water as it's been freshly anti-fouled and the outdrive has had a new boot and fresh oil. Ready to go back in or can be easily lifted onto a trailer for transportation.
