Rlm Senior 27ft Cabin Cruiser Boat

1974 RLM Senior 27ft with a single Enfield Z-drive this was fully reconditioned 2 years ago at a cost of £1100, it carries a Perkins 4107 Diesel which also was fully reconditioned at a cost of £1000 and runs like a dream. Make no mistake this boat was built when boats were built properly and is 2" thick in places not like modern boats which are wafer thin. Drives steers and stops as it should. I have recently had all the upholstery re-covered the bottom up to the rubbing strait (which is also new), has been repainted I have just not got round to paint the top half but do have the paint. There is a new split charging system and batteries fitted.

There is a swivel cassette toilet a wet room with a new sump pump I have used this boat for festivals and have installed a cracking music system but this can be removed to suit new owner It can sleep 2 on the bow 2 on the side where the table converts to a double and 2 smaller people outside in the outer area comfortably, I personally always slept on the outer area under the canopy as it was cooler. Large water tanks and lots of storage with a little more work this will make and outstanding boat when fully finished or live aboard it will run all year on a tank of diesel which is full has a new boat safety cert and currently moored on the Thames at Purley gardens mooring which is a sort after destination and may be possible to stay.
