Old sailing boat needs some tidying but very sound and seaworthy
Description: 

Selling our little Yacht which is currently moored on the river Tamar at Calstock. Mooring is available with the boat on a monthly payment to the Calstock Boatyard. We have hardly used the boat so see no point keeping her. It is a twin bilge keel, 21 ft, I believe it was built in the 70's but unsure when. We have only used it with an outboard for cruising the river.

Inside it is a 3 berth, comes with full cooker and gas bottle, 12v/250 electrics with solar panel for charging the battery. Small fridge. Built in anchor and chain. Comes with 4hp evinrude outboard but a tohatsu 6hp four stroke with 15 minutes of use is available at an extra cost. Has tender included.

No trailer. Very watertight and stable little boat. Ready to go. Needs some updating and tiding in some areas but sound and solid. Comes with fish finder, navigation lights all working.
