Sabre 27 Yacht, Mooring in Dartmouth. A really good 27ft sailing boat for someone to take on, the Sabre 27 gets excellent reviews, this one has recently been taken out the water for a few months (Feb 2020), she's original gel coat and has had some minor gel coat repairs (scratches), had three coats of fresh anti foul pain, new anode, the engine is a Yanmar 13 HP inboard Diesel engine, this is running well, just been serviced including oil change, new impeller, new hoses, fuel pump service, new filters etc, the sails have been cleaned, the rigging is all good, roller reefing is good, i've replaced some of the running rigging, so she's a good work in progress, the boat is fully usable under motor or sail, she handles and sails beautifully. Rainwater was getting in through the windows, which have now been sealed, the boat is dry inside now but we had to remove all the old headlining, hence why the interior shots look a bit tatty (it's just the old adhesive, looks worse than what is), I have all the cushions for the beds and seating areas in good condition, one needs reupholstering, the deck areas could do with a coat of paint and obviously the interior needs to be re lined with either foam backed vinyl or whatever you choose. So in summary a good working boat with lots of potential, needs some TLC to finish her off, currently afloat on the River Dart, serious buyers only please. Shes got a GPS and auto pilot but the other nav gear would need updating.
I haven't got any more images at the moment, mooring expires on the 31st of March 2020 so you would have to make your own arrangements for that, but moorings available. Could deliver for cost.On 23-Mar-20 at 20:58:02 GMT, seller added the following information: Just to clarify, the boat is moored in Dartmouth on current berth until the 31st of March 2020, you will need to organise a mooring yourself after that, and also delivery- I can bring round by sea within a 50 mile radius, if you need it moving somewhere else then you will need to contact a boat delivery business direct. She's a Fin Keel. Please no time wasters, the boat is a good working progress, will need time and money spent, please ask any questions and only bid if you are serious and understand the above description, many thanks
