Sadler 2 25ft Fin Keel Sailboat

Relisted due to dreamers so please view the boat before you place a bid and don't contact me after you bid asking me to view the boat!!! I will not go to the boat but will tell you details to go and view her. Sadly I need to sell my Sadler 25. I bought her to travel to America one day but circumstances change so here we are. Not seen her for 18 months so will be a little dirty but she cleans up well.
There is a bucket and brush on board. She comes with new electrics installed, a sprayhood (installed), new sea toilet (still in box), sails which aren't fitted, Yanmar 1GM10 diesel engine, solar panel (connected but needs fitting), split battery relay (when main battery is charged then it charges the secondary battery). Automatic pump (not installed), sailing rope still on real, bought some mast steps which I started fitting to install sails on but got about half way up the mast so I will include the rest of the steps, harness and carabiner's so you can finish off the job Whats needed : One of the wooden rails has rotted and there is a small piece missing but could be patched up if you know woodwork. There is a slight leak in the 3 wooden hatch strips (the door) so again a woodworker could fix. When I installed the elctrical system including a new house battery I never connected one of the starter batteries for the engine so that would have to be looked at to start the engine.
The engine always started first time before that. She needs to be taken out cleaned and repainted but apart from that she is a Sadler 25 a very sea worthy competent vessel. I have the sails and sea toilet at home so you will need to pick them up from Liverpool when you pay for her. You are welcome to go and see her but I will not be going as I think I would change my mind if I see her again. See my other items for sale if your after a tender etc.
