For Sale - Sadler 25 Yacht After much consideration I am unfortunately having to part ways with this lovely little yacht "Tigress". I brought it in March hoping to get her back in the water quickly but just ran out of time for her, she would make a lovely little Project for someone as she is a classic with original fixtures and fittings. Originally built in the late 70's of solid fibreglass this is a bombproof little boat. Comes with the following plus other bits and bobs: Spinnaker, pole and full sail wardrobe. Gas cooker Danforth Anchor Antifouled last week with Hempel Cruiser Navigation instruments - depth, speed, wind Integral DSC VHF with GPS feed Working heads Working sink + freshwater tap Stored in the yard each winter Inflatable dinghy Now the downside, she currently does not have an engine fitted.

There is a Vetus M2.05 which has been overhauled during the winter as it lost compression. It has had, new pistons, new rings, all new gaskets, injectors professionally reconditioned but unfortunately I cannot get it to run smoothly without racing, I think its something to do with the Governor. The sale includes the engine is with a local specialist at present but I can bring it back to my lockup for pick (or perhaps delivery) up if required, it would be an excellent little project for someone. Essentially I'm cutting my losses on a project I just don't have time for and allowing someone else to get an incredibly cheap boat ready for either a new engine or to put the Vetus M2.05 back in. The boat is currently on the hard at a Marina in Portsmouth for the winter and can not be moved until March/April, viewing welcome. Storage charges are 90p/M per day and its 7.6M long
