Interior is untidy and needs work - soft furnishings ideally need to be covered and new carpet glued to walls. interior wood work is functional but old and shabby. Exterior paint work is in good shape but all the wood trim and main hatch needs re-varnishing. rigging is complete but looking weathered. Anchor and chain complete
Description: 

This boat was last sailed two seasons ago and has been out of the water on the key in Lower Town, Fishguard Pembrokeshire. She is sound but the wood varnish is peeling and will need to be sanded and re-applied. All the rigging and is complete but is due to be replaced. She is on a steel trailer and can be moved short distances but the single axel trailer is only suitable for moving very short distances. If she needs to be transported any distance i would suggest renting a double axel braked trailer or using a car transporter or paying for a tow service.

I Fitted new windows and painted three years ago but the perspex is starting to show signs of UV damage. Mooring is available in lower town and cost's around £300 per year. The local authority harbour master is very helpful and arrangements could be made to store her where she is subject to paying the fees.

Is this boat still available? Could I get a little more Info if it is. Does it come with sails, does it have any sheets and lines etc. What's the condition of any electrical equipment if any. But main thing is are there any issues with the fiberglass / keel you know of?
