Condition Description: 
Spent 5 years by investing repairing, over 5000gbp to materials.Outboard engine has broken backwards gear. And of course due outboard engine mounted on side, turning to one side is very easy and quick, turning to another side is slow. Original configuration was as motorsailer with inboard Volvo Penta. There is still shaft and engine bed inside of hull. Selling due medical reasons, have disability pension ,diagnoses worsening. And sailing somewhere to the Spain or Canary would be for me difficult, and also due low performance of such boat (3 keels,very low to water, low rightning moment due 3 keels, so in big waves over 2m can be difficult and very discomfortable for exhausted dissabled man with permanent pain and seizing hands (neurological diagnoses like carpal tunnel, damaged nerve roots,tetania). So lot of work and investment, during worsening of health. Get to point when it's no more useable to me. 5 years ago I felt much much better ,wouldn't sell it :) But now, it's different.

6 sails (2 main, 2 jibs, 1 jib-genoavery crisp, 1 genoa) , 2 anchors (Danforth 7kgs with few meters of chain and 40m of 3/4" rope , Bruce 5kgs with chain and 30m of 1/2" rope) , 80W solar panel , 22Ah Li-ion battery , Crewsaver neoprene XXXL, lifejackets 50N with ACR B300ILS Epirb attached,100N and Cosalt 275N lifejacket (without CO2 cylinders). Fenders,moorings,other ropes, fuel tank 12l with fuel line, fuel canisters 2x5l , Old Nera Worldphone inmarsat mini-M now obsolete device,Thrane capsat TT-3080 can add for 120gbp ,unused (they listed on classifieds board from 200-400gbp), lot lot of tools. Was a big project , I cover roof (wooden) with epoxy-fiberglass, made a cockpit benches from plywood , madefront anchor holder (all that about 30kg of resin ,to make it plus two sheets of plywood 8'x4'), transom to reinforce roof under mast, many other reinforcements of construction for safe cruising. 7 U-bolts to have points to attach with safety line and harness. Tripple lifeline (was single originally) on most needed place.

Bombard AX2 inflatable dinghy, Yamaha 2a engine for dinghy (needs new breaking point).2 berths lot of another stuff - neoprene pants up to chest 6mm, normal short neoprene 2.5mm ,lot of tools. Dry packs. Hose 25m. I would mark a boat as still (little bit) a project, as any old boat continually is.
