sailing boat 50ft Moody Ketch, designed by Arthur Rob. Teak below the waterline, mahogany above. Has had most of the structural work carried out and is now in the water and requires some fitting out inside. All sails and gear, plus new recon engine go with the boat.
Description: 

She is a lovely vintage sailing yacht, when completed would make a great blue water cruiser, or long term live-aboard. Large main saloon, good size galley with new cooker, 6 berths in 3 cabins. All sails in good condition, reconditioned engine fitted 2021. Internally she either requires a good amount of cosmetic work or you could refit the inside completely. There are no saloon cushions of bunk cushions but most of the other equipment is there.
The mast and rigging are in good order, all the winches appear to be in good order. Down through the years a great deal of money has been spent, she now just needs finishing. This won't be a small job or a massive rebuild but somewhere in between. Anyone welcome to view, boat is on the south coast on secure marina berth, please only bid if intending to buy.
