Sailing Boat

This is my Jaguar 25, which I bought to see if I could still sail, following illness/age. I have been able to have a couple of days sailing but overall the time has come to give up, hence 'Katy' is very reluctantly for sale. Typical of the Jaguar 25, she is easy to sail and feels safe and comfortable.She is currently in Cardiff Bay, and is in generally good condition ready to sail. The engine (GM10) is really easy to start and had a £400 refurb a couple of years ago. Roller reefing with a good sail and the main is currently used loose footed which works well and there is a spare main.

Internally, she is clean and tidy, with the curtains partly replaced but with ample material to finish them. Good standing and running rigging with lines led back into the cockpit with self tailing winches and stacking reefing.Over the past couple of months, I haven't been able to do much to keep her in her normal clean and tidy condition, so she could do with a bit of a 'brush up', but that's about all.I am looking for someone who will look after her and so will consider offers around £3500-00 for a quick sale. I have checked the batteries and started the engine and it runs sweetly and doesn't miss a beat, all the original manuals are included and I rechecked with the previous owner and the engine actually had a £3,500-00 overhaul. The outside certainly needs a good wash but if I get the chance I will try and get that underway next week. The compass needs refilling and a polish of the 'glass'.There is a lot of gear with her plus I have some spare sails and a spray hood and frame, not sure how easy it is to fit but it will also be included.
