Sailing Boat Seal 28

Selling my much loved boat. She is a Parker Seal 28 8.5m with a fixed fin Keel with an aft cabin. She sleeps 6 on paper, but 4 comfortably. She is in very good condition for her age and has been maintained and looked after continuously. She has undergone many improvements over the last few years to make her a capable offshore cruiser, especially for Single handed use.

She has been, and still is a solid boat that has never let me down. She has sailed extensively on the South and East Coast, and Crossed the Channel to France and Belgium many times, in all sorts of weather. Kittiwake is a very safe and reliable boat, and apart from some cosmetics marks due to age, wear and tear which you would expect, you won’t find a better example in this price bracket. The previous owners are friends of mine, who owned her for 20 years before I bought her, so knew I was buying a good boat. Her crushing speed is 5.5 to 6 knots, but have also sailed and motored consistently at 7 -8 with the tide.

Now after 5 years of ownership the time has come to look for something bigger.
