Sailing Boat Yacht

LISTANG 25ft SAILING BOAT This sailboat lay unused for over 10 years in a warehouse before I bought her 14 years ago. Picture 1 was actually taken about ten years ago and shows how she looks after some polishing, all other pictures are recent. I had the keel professionally installed and resealed. All standing and running rigging was replaced 12 years ago. The boat currently has a new Honda 6hp outboard engine ( cost nearly £1000) which has only been used for about ten hours in total.

Cushions for interior (not shown in photos), GPS, compass, various spares and lines, sea toilet, fenders, lifejackets, mainsail, two head sails, spinnaker. Camping stove, depth sounder, The boat is moored in Troon and has been lightly used over the years. This would be a great starter boat but it does need tidying up down below and needs cleaned and polished as you can see from the photo's.
