Sailing Dinghy

I am selling a very attractive 12 ft heavy displacement sailing dinghy, bought new in 2005, not much used. Her hull is white simulated-clinker fibreglass. Her topsides are finished in teak; she has wooden slatted side seats. She is nearly 13 years old and in very good condition. She is gunter rigged, with a large loose footed mainsail and smaller jib.

I have not altered her rigging. She has a cover and lives in a lean-to shelter all year round, well protected from the weather. Her centreboard is heavy and lifts mechanically with rope and blocks. Her rudder plate joins to the stock jaws with a butterfly bolt. Her fittings are brass and bronze.

She comes with 2 oars and 2 rowlocks, a launching trolley and matching road trailer. Her sails are ochre red. She's a handsome dinghy and attracts much favourable comment. She's a seaworthy and stable small day sailer, ideal for pootling around a harbour or on lakes and rivers. I believe only around 40 boats were built.
