Fast responsive compact lift keel sailboat designed by David Thomas with a predictable Vice free performance. The medina has a flush bottom so can be easily trailed or beached. Ideal for someone moving up from dinghy sailing, but would suit as a simple fishing boat, in either case this boat can be sailed/motored easily single handed. Rig Aluminium Mast and BoomFractional Rig with Hyde slab reefing main. With lazy jacks and sail cover.

There is a working jib (hank attached) and a No 1 Genoa (also hank attached). The boat was purchased and came with a roller reefing system, but I never fitted it as I only use hank attached sails.This alternative system is included in the price. KeelThe keel can be raised/lowered by a hand operated winch in the main saloon. The rudder can also be semi raised and completely removed if necessary. Needs as little as 300mm water to float.

Must point out that she cannot be safely sailed with the keel fully retracted. Simple open plan four berth accommodation with ample sitting room. Has full electrics, sink and portable cooker. Also benefits a new mainsail (2017) and a new Suzuki 2.5 H.P. Four stroke outboard.also(2017) in perfect working order.A separate bracket for mounting an electric trolling motor, and all the connections and batteries are already in place.

A minn kota (seawater capable) trolling motor is also available if required. There is no road trailer coming with this yacht. Other equipment included are :- 7.5 Kilo Bruce anchor and chain.
