Engine Make: Parsun
Country/Region of Manufacture: United Kingdom

Stardance was built in 1980, official number 8012 (the 12th boat of 1980), sail number 442. This is a later MkII with the improved skeg design.Comes with 2013 Parsun 4HP outboard model F4BML, with only 45 hours. Serviced according to specifications. Cost was £579.00 on 8/8/13 from Bill Higham Marine. 1 year warranty now expired but they are really good on the phone for parts or assistance.
Engine currently safely home in my garage as normal over the winter months - always run in fresh water at beginning and end of season. CQR Anchor and chain and warp, NASA digital depth gauge, NASA digital log (reads slow, probably paddle wheel gummed up a bit), Sestrel bulkhead compass, Cobra DSC VHF radio, Origo Spirit single ring cooker, boathook, NEW solar panel (not in photos), NEW leisure battery, new digital solar power regular which gives battery charge level and has two USB charging points. Tiller/autopilot which did work fine but not working when I checked it – suspect it is just the power cable which plugs into a 12v socket, I unscrewed it and could see corrosion, should be an easy fix. Assorted ropes, fenders etc. All round red/green/white nav lights on top of mast, plus VHF aerial.
2 fire extinguishers, fire blanket. Inshore flare pack (2 do expire Dec 17 though). Portapotty chemical loo.Mainsail a bit tired now but works fine, four headsails, all reasonable condition. Halyards and topping lift replaced 2 seasons ago. Spray hood which works great but a few small tears to material now.
Braked 4-wheel road trailer, with separate “car” that comes off the trailer base so you don’t need to put trailer wheels and bearings etc in the water. 12v winch which runs off car battery to haul the "car" and boat back up again. I welded up a broken mudguard strut this week, but the lifting handle broke off the tow-hitch, still works if you tap the keeper in and out each time, but ideally would need replaced. I took it for a run for a few miles as it hadn’t been moved for a while and seemed to be no problems, but would advise this be professionally checked/serviced if you plan to tow the boat any distance. Trailer board lights working but glass at left missing so indicator & brakes flashes white at that side.
When I bought Stardance there was no pushpit or guard rails fitted, I found and bought second hand ones off another Corribee and fitted and made the boat feel far nicer when sailing. I put up some ply headlining and some carpet bits on the hull which made it nicer inside, also fitted clock and barometer to interior bulkhead. The previous owner put in a post in the cabin to support the main beam/mast, it does however sit in front of the toilet, but toilet can easily be lifted out if required.Reason for sale is I have bought a bigger yacht. Berthed at Lossiemouth and you would need to check for berth availability. But plenty of other harbours nearby.
And you have the trailer to keep it on if needed until get one sorted out. Note if you do not live in Scotland please do check where the yacht is situated - Lossiemouth on the Moray Coast - if you drive up to Glasgow, Lossiemouth is a FURTHER FOUR HOURS. As stated the trailer would need checked before towing a long distance.
