This a very well maintained craft with rewired electrics hull Copperbottomed engine only run 75 hours deck could do with a paint , only for cosmetic purposes. interior clean and tidy hull original gelcoat and in good condition no water leaks. either via hull or deck, very dry boat. windows reglazed last year, wood also revarnished, new Genoa last year with roller reefing, the boat can support 5 sails (second stay sail shown in Main photo) Boat comes with spinnaker 1 st stay sail and also a storm jib. All the sails are very serviceable. the rigging was checked last year and was replaced 10 years ago. the running rigging is in serviceable condition, the hull has been insulated and 5 kW blown air heater fitted the main cabin is really warm in winter, I have extensive history of the boat before my ownership and during my possession of the last 26 years. The only fault on the boat that I am aware of is that a new water pump is required. this I know is a very small job.

I have owned the boat for the last 26 years and have renovated the interior with new cushions and headlining throughout the cabins, Beta 10 engine fitted this a very quiet economical and reliable engine, at the same time a new propeller and shaft was fitted it has had an oil and filter change every year irrespective of service and factory suggested latest engine service mods has also been carried out. The boat has been rewired to high standard with full fused and switching availability. Purpose made very special Polypropylene fuel and water tanks fitted. As mentioned in the condition new water pump is required. The helm is controlled by Vectus hydraulic system been very reliable for me.

The hull was originally epoxy treated when I first purchased the boat and carefully inspected for blistering none present, two years ago the hull was Copper bottomed and as far as I can see it is performing as advertised. Th centre cockpit has a purpose made cover that is totally waterproof and good standing room the seating in the area has seating fitted with removable cushions, very cosy when moored up. Under sail she sails at about 5 to 6 knots In stronger winds a bit more, with engine a little more can be achieved. All the bunks are about 6 ft 3 ins (190 cm) This is a very interesting boat and always breaks the ice in conversations. This boat has sailed down to Spain via coast of France, so the history has informed me, I have history for this boat though not extensive back to the early 1980 and also a sales brochure form the Southampton boat show in 1974 when I became interested in the boat.
