Sailing Yacht Dehler db1 (4365) Cruiser/racer 10.1m With New Beta 25 Engine

Dehler db1 built in 1985. A performance cruiser /racer yacht designed by Van de Stadt and built by Dehler Yachts. LOA 10.1m LWL 7.87m BEAM 3.4m DRAFT 1.89m Boat weight 3,856kg. White GRP hull, decks and superstructure with aluminium internal grid to absorb loads of the keel, shrouds and mast. Antifould in 2015 with Jotun black hard antifoul.

Anti slip tan decks. Tiller steering, fin lead keel, spade rudder. SSR registered in the UK. ACCOMMODATION - Double berth in forward cabin and two rear double berths. Main cabin with seating/single berths and 2 pilot berths over (currently used for a fridge and sail storage).

There is a small galley area within the main saloon with gimbaled two burner gas stove and stainless steel sink. The central area has standing headroom, a teak table on adjustable leg and a small LED TV with DVD and arial. The heads area is open with the fore-cabin and has a Jabsco marine toilet (2013). There is a chart table with storage area to the starboard rear quarter. In the stern is an old Eberspacher heater which I've never used and it would require recommissioning/renewal.

ENGINE - Replacement new Beta 25 hp engine installed in summer 2015 including control panel and anode. Shaft drive with new shaft and folding propeller 2013. Low hours use since new engine installation. ELECTRICS - Shore power cabling. 2 x 12v switched batteries All internal lighting LED red/white.

TANKS - Stainless steel fuel tank 60 L. Fresh water tank approx 100 L. Fresh water pump to galley sink. RIGGING - Sloop rigged, black aluminium mast and boom, two spreader mast with running back stays. Stainless steel standing rigging understood to have been replaced in 2007.

Slab reefing to mainsail. Harken twin groove headfoil. Full spinnaker gear. Rope running rigging with some new rope on board not fitted. SAILS - Hyde racing main sail, No1 & 3 genoas.

Cruising delivery sails inc main & genoas.3 x Spinakers (masthead, fractional and smaller). Black Hyde mainsail cover (new 2014) WINCHES - 2 x Lewmar 52 Twin speed self tailing primary winches with carbon tops. 2 x Harken 32 Twin speed halyard winches. 2 x Harken 32 twin speed runner winches. NAVIGATION - 2 x Plastimo Contest bulk head steering compasses.

Raymarine ST50 Log, Speed, Depth Wind (mast head equipment & cabling renewed 2016). ST50 GPS needs setting up. LED nav lights,( masthead needs connecting & others checking) Silva 415 DSC/VHF radio GENERAL EQUIPMENT - Fusion stereo with CD and exterior cockpit speakers (2013), swimming ladder, Stainless steel pushpit & pulpit, guard wires all renewed 2013. Anchor with chain & warps in cockpit floor locker. Electric automatic bilge pump and 2 manual pumps.

2 white horseshoe lifebelts clipped to rear guard rails. Fenders, warps/mooring lines. This is an older boat that has been refitted in the past (2013) and generally upgraded and kept maintained including a full engine renewal/refit in 2015. She does have typical knocks dinks and scratches from use, but is ready to cruise/race. Other items are available at additional cost if required (otherwise I'll separately list and sell) including a S/H Facnor SD 165 Furling drum and foil which I haven't fitted; A Tohatsu 3.5hp longshaft outboard and old rubber dinghy; A Raymarine autohelm new 2016.
