Photo 3 for Seahawk 17 Sailing Boat / Two Berth / Trailer

Hello I`m interested in your Seahalk but could you please tell me how easy it is to raise/lower the mast (to get under bridges etc). Also is the pivot bolt and bearing controlloing the keel in good condition and working freely?
