Seahopper Folding Dinghy Sea Hopper

This is our 8 feet long Seahopper folding dinghy. We bought the Seahopper in about 2008 and used it on holiday in our motor home. The motor home was sold about 6 years ago and the dinghy has been dry stored since. I'm not sure of the year of manufacture but I would guess it is in the 1990s but the boat has had little use.As you can see it is complete with a mainsail and jib which are in very good condition. There is a plate where an outboard could be mounted.

I bought 2 buoyancy bags which can be tied under the seats at the bow and stern. When I bought the boat, it was slightly damaged by the courier and a small crack in the plywood was caused. I arranged to have this professionally mended by a boat repairer. The repair is perfect, hardly noticeable and didn't effect our years of sailing - see photos of both sides. Due to the previous experience with a courier the sale is collection only in DG8.

Carlisle 6th October or Belfast 12th October.Payment of £100 must be made by PayPal within 3 days of auction ending and the rest in cash on collection or all by PayPal if meeting me in one of the above mentioned places.The dinghy comes complete with oars and rowlocks so can be rowed as a tender without using the sails.All the parts of the dinghy can be carried in the 3 bags but the zip on the mast bag needs to be replaced or just tied closed as we do.The new price of these is over £2600.
