Boat for Sale Seamaster 23 Sailing Boat. The boat is berthed near York, and is used on the River Ouse. Its comes with a river BSS Safety Certificate which lasts 4 years until 27.8.24.It is a sailing boat, but the mast has been lowered on supports for river cruising using a Yamaha 4HP outboard engine. It is classed as 4 berth, with space at the front for a cabin double, and a drop down table provides another 2 berths if required.The boat is powered with a recent new Yamaha 4 HP outboard engine, and has been used for summer afternoon trips on the river for a few years.Old appliances have been removed, as part of a basic renovation program, AND with the addition of a small portable toilet, simple electric hob, and water container it would support overnight usage. There is an allocated mains supply to it from its mooring.(top-up card needed) , as well as a Wi Fi Service (available at a small charge).The boat is in a chargeable serviced mooring, which can be taken over, or it can be relocated, with customer's arranged transport to elsewhere in the UK.
