Senior 26ft Cabin Cruiser Boat - Almost Finished Project

Unfinished Senior 26ft Cabin Cruiser Project I'm looking to sell my 26ft project boat due to change of circumstances. The boat is very nearly there, ideal for someone who wants a small project and looking for a bargain ready for the summer. The boat comes with a Perkins 4108 engine and Enfield Z Drive leg.BSS Cert until 18th November 2023. New Eva foam teak style flooring to the wheelhouseOld thin ply walling removed and replaced with plastic hygiene boardNew temperature and oil pressure sensorsNew fuses/relaysNew Nasa Clipper depth and speed logNew fire extinguishers and CO detectorOak flooring throughout the cabin The cabin has been laid out as open plan giving a modern spacious feel. There is a toilet room onboard. However no toilet is included. All that's really left to finish is to paint the top of the boat and some minor works. The boat is currently dry docked in Chertsey at a cost of approximately £160 a month.

Fees are currently paid up till the end of July. Giving plenty of time to get the boat finished and in the water. The yard is open and allowing works to be carried out following safe distancing measures.(The yard have the facilities to put in the Thames, and the staff are great if any help is required carrying out works).
