Senior 31 Motor Cruiser

Early Senior 31 for sale due to change of circumstances. We have owned her for a couple of years now but we can no longer keep her. Total overall length of 32'2" x 9'10" Valid BSS until September 2021Can sleep 6, 2 double beds or 1 double and 2 singles in the cabin, and another double in the wheelhouse which can be used in warmer months. Full size gas cooker with 4 hobs, grill and oven, full size sink and drainer, good size fridge with freezer compartment which is currently used on 12v or 240v, can be hooked back up to gas if wanted, we replaced the kitchen last year with all new cupboards, drawers and worktops.Dining area with seating for 4, plus the lift out section from the front berth also has a leg enabling a further seating area in the bow. Large solar panel, starter and leisure batteries, lots of storage in the bilges and storage areas in the wheel house, plus storage under seating inside the cabin and a cupboards throughout.2 large diesel tanks and 2 large fresh water tanks.

Bathroom with toilet, sink and storage cupboard, frosted window and blackout blind. Opening windows, with blackout blinds/blackout curtains up throughout. New gas locker fitted to BSS standards, nearly full 7kg gas bottle and new regulator fitted. LED lighting inside, LED navigation lights and spot lights outside. TV/DVD player with freeview.

Kept heated inside through cooler months, heater will stay with the boat, very well insulated and stays lovely and cool in summer and warm in winter.Canopy in very good condition, comes up lovely with a good wash as can be seen in the photos.We have focussed on making the interior comfortable for use before starting on the exterior. It does need some TLC on the exterior, and will need lifting for antifouling and topside needs painting. The wheelhouse windows will need sanding and sealing/painting. The cabin windows have all been removed, cleaned and resealed last year. Engines are Twin Perkins 4.108 with Enfield outlegs.

Both engines run, we also have a near complete spare 4.108 engine plus other spares, all to go with the boat. One of the Enfield outlegs struggles to find gears, but we have brought a replacement fully working Enfield outleg to swap when she is lifted, plus other spares, again all will go with the boat. We have the replacement part to fix the faulty leg too so once done, the fixed outleg can be sold or kept as a spare. We dont have the funds to lift the boat to sort it out ourselves but all of this is included in the price.A great boat, lovely to handle and a great size and layout. Has given us lots of lovely time out on the water and will look beautiful once completed.

We have all the paperwork from the last survey which will be available when viewing, these show photos whilst dry docked and have all info included.Viewings weekends only due to work. Priced to sell due to exterior TLC needed.
