Shahjehan - 40 Ft. - Classic Wooden Boat (One Of The "little Ships")

Classic wooden boat built in 1903. One of the "Little ships" that went to Dunkirk at the end of WWII. Built for the India docks as an admiralty boat. Built for the India Docks as an Admiralty boat after serving its time she was sold to Semprini the jazz pianist who lived on her on the Thames. She has since been in private ownership .
Engine has just been rebuilt at a cost of £8000. She has been used in films, most recently "Swallows and Amazons" featuring as the House boat. The boat is steeped in History. Interior will need re-fitting project. Boat is currently out of the water and in need of TLC.
