She 27 Classic Sailing Yacht By Sparkman & Stephens "coquette" Circa 1979

Here for sale is my SHE 27. Design by Sparkman & Stephens and built by South Hants Engineering.She had one owner for over 20 years until I bought her earlier this year. I do not have the time to make the most of her so it is best that she finds a new home.The previous owner spent in excess of £20k getting her up to spec, includingNew RiggingNew EngineRepainting top sides and deckNew Sails (could do with a clean - should happen this weekk if i have time) New electrics and switch panel New Cooker and Sink New Toilet.Since all of the above works were done the boat has hardly been used. She had been out of the water from 2015 until I had her launched two weeks ago.Before she was launched she was re-antifould.I had her lifted and checked last month as the Cutlass bearing is making a little noise. There is a little play in it, but it is perfectly usable.

Internally she could do with a little tidying up - but is perfectly useable.I have a lot of reciepts for her and have a lot of history on the boat.currently afloat at Birdham Pool near Chichester
