Shetland 536 Boat

This trailer and boat can be used for coastal fishing and canal cruising alike. The craft are capable of accepting up to approx 60hp outboards and with its semi-displacement hull will plane readily. Inland, many of the craft are fitted with smaller 4 stroke models. The 2 berth cabin lay out enables the craft to be used over the weekend. It has a chemical toilet (unused) the trailer was made by Lew-Way Ltd of Cannock , Staffs and is a breakback trailer number 774979 .

I'm 76 now and have not used it for 2 years as I hoped and have to sell . It comes with 3 pots that catch crabs lobsters fish and even prawns and although they have never been used the mice in the garage have made holes so they will have to be patched up , they are 30" x 20" and approx 12" high and they fold flat and have entrance at each end . There is also 2 nets never used , one a gill net and the other is a trammel type of a 100 yards long tied together so they are 200 yards long and approx 10' high with a float every 10. On top rope and weighted rope on bottom one with a full size anchor 30" x 20" with a 16" red float attached to set it while you move to another point to rod fish and the net moves round when the tide turns and stays fishing on the bottom with a 10' high flyer with a black flag on the swinging end for you to see and you can mark it as a way point on navigator or use the "man over board" button for locating where you set it but the way point is best and safest. It has a Northstar Explorer 650 for navigation with handbook and a Shore Line Compact WR radio with licence until 14/02/2020 for portable radio which when used had no crackle and worked perfectly .

There is also 2 Admiralty sea charts approx 40" x 28" showing wrecks and depths from England to Holland . It has a tonnaeu and body cover a bilge pump and side fenders .
