This is a very rare and unique opportunity to purchase a stunning very original speed boat and engine that has been owned by our family since it was new. A complete package ready to enjoy and provide some great fun over the summer! As is seen from the photos the speed boat, engine & galvanised trailer are all in very good original condition. The boat has been stored and used in the Midlands all its life on a local freshwater lake.

The acceleration is also incredible and this boat is easily capable of pulling skiers, wakeboarders & inflatables etc. The engine is a perfect size and balance for the boat.

The power tilt and trim is excellent as it means you can automatically raise the engine as you come into shallower water and you can also trim the engine in deep water to give maximum speed and acceleration etc. The engine is auto-lube and the oil and pump is stored behind the passages seat with the fuel tank & battery. It has always been used with the correct Quicksilver Mercury recommended Lubes. At 14ft Length and 5.5 beam width, the boat is small and light enough to push the trailer and launch by hand and will tow behind even the smallest of cars (I used to tow it behind a Peugeot 106!). The throttle and drive control box is 'Quicksilver' and was fitted by the Mercury engine dealer when the boat was purchase new.

The little switch that powers the engine up and down has gone a bit sensitive but it still works fine and may just require new springs or replacement at some point. The boat is finished in a stunning original metallic blue with a cream hull and both this and the transfers are all original. The interior is the original beige vinyl (very practical and not faded) and is in good presentable condition with only some of the buttons that have come off (see photos), however this is only cosmetic. One seat has been reversed to enable easier viewing of skiers or young children in the back, however this can easily be turned around to suit your requirements. As is seen from the photos, this boat has been extremley well looked after and has not had a lot of use.

Everything works as it should and it is ready to tow away and use. As the boat has not been on water for over a year, a service and some new plugs might be advisable prior to use on the sea. The boat is only being sold due to personal circumstances and it will be sadly missed.
