Snapdragon 26 Yacht With Use Of Deep Water Mooring.

I am keen to sell 'Spirit' since I have moved away and will be unable to make use of her.In my ownership for 3 or 4 years. Currently ashore at Loe Beach, Feock, with is where she is moored in the summer. (Already paid for this season) She is in fully serviceable condition needing only a coat of antifouling prior to launching, the hull was pressure washed clean when lifted out last year.The Yanmar ygm10 diesel is in excellent order and has had little use, always been serviced annually.Sails are also in good order with no rips or repairs.She has been professionally rewired in recent years.The seat and berth covers have been professionally covered in quality material.Electrics include led lighting, GPS, radio, depth and log.The hull is in original gelcoat and has not been painted and is in vgc.The cabinsides have been painted and are now flaking, this is the worst feature of the boat, a pressure wash and repaint here would benefit her greatly.She comes with all the bits you need to get sailing, fenders, warps, anchors, and loads more! I am pretty sure that there is a spinnaker on board too but would need to check and confirm this, she has a spinnaker pole.The photos give a fair idea of what is there.I would sum her up as a good solid and mechanically sound vessel with some nice features that would hugely benefit from a coat of paint to her cabinsides.Very much priced to sell, a friend of mine do viewings but please only if you are serious about buying, I don't want to be wasting his time.Any questions message me or call the numbers on the top of the advertisement.Thanks for looking.
