Speed Boat - Amf Crestliner Crusader 19ft Inboard 5.7 V8 Mercruiser & Trailer

Welcome to the sale of our Crestliner speed boat. A regrettable sale but due to work commitments and needing the storage area are going to sell. The boat is a 1987 AMF Crestliner Crudader 1855 with an inboard 5.7lt V8 Mercruiser Alpha One sterndrive unit. Https://www.crestliner.com We purchased the boat in 2012, it had been dry stored by the previous owner who had just had the whole boat electrics re-wired. Upon purchase we booked the boat into Motive Marine (https://www.motivemarine.co.uk) who carried out a full service and maintenance work, I have a list of all work carried out.

Motive Marine have carried out another service and oil change the last was done in the Summer of 2017. During our ownership it has ben dry stored at all times. The boat has two marine batteries, one of them is only 18 months old. General condition: If you are looking for an 'A grade' boat then this is not for you. Please allow that this is a 30+ year old boat and does have signs of wear.

However, with that said, for the age it's in good condition. To make really nice it would benefit with being re-painted, however this never bothered my wife and I and we enjoyed some great days out on the south coast waters. The vinyl seating and trim is all in good condition, there is one tyre mark on one seat but this may come out with a good clean. Engine: The Mercruiser 5.7lt engine runs really well, no issues or problems. I believe this model is the 250bhp version.

Trailer:We purchased a replacement trailer in 2013 at a cost of £1,900 from The Boat Shop Ltd in Essex. I have the receipt of purchase. It is a Bramber Super Roller Glide 2500kg 4 wheel axle trailer. The tyres are all in good condition with plenty of tread. The trailer was new in 2007.

I arranged for a boat trailer technician to do the relevant adjustments to ensure the boat sits correctly on the trailer and roller wheels.The trailer tows very well and has the factory fitted hose system in order to connect to a hose pipe and flush the wheels and brakes through after being in water.
