The boiler casing needs rebuilding (old one supplied as a pattern).
A cast iron boiler door is supplied. Stainless steel ash pan. Full boiler documentation and history is present. Engine was rebuilt by Sam Wilkinson in 2008, pictures supplied. Included are a full set of engine plans.
Engine runs fine and can be seen running on air. There is a water pump for topping up the boiler, an air pump for the condenser, a steam oiler, simpling valve and Stephenson Link Reversing Gear. Set of gauges, Steam pressure, Water pressure and Vacuum, with new gauge valves and a needle valve. All the necessary valves and connectors are present. There is a hand pump and an injector for additional boiler feeds.
Boat will require re-plumbing. The hull is fibre glass, very good condition, has a built-in fresh water top-up tank, coal bunkers and a keel condenser. It was originally fitted out using hardwoods by apprentices in N.Wales. Woodwork has been neglected and requires varnish stripping, some minor repairs and re-coating.
