Sunbird 218 Speed Boat, Cuddy Cabin, Boat Still For Sale Due To Time Waster

For sale sunbird 218 sports cruiser. With boat safety certificate till August 2021we purchased this boat a couple of years ago as it looked like a good boat that had been newly refurbished, including engine and interior. Since then we have spent loads of money on it as you can see in the photos one of our 7 page bills from cc marine came to £4500 this was for the outdrive needing a complete overhaul amongst many over running problems. We have also just replaced the fuel tank which was corroded for a further cost of £600 important! The engine looks new as do many of the components but when you start it up there is a knocking noise coming from the crank.

The noise disappears if you give it some revs but i would suggest getting this looked at. I can also send a video of the boat starting and running if you have a smart phone please message me on phone for me i have now run out of money and interest on this boat it has set me back a small fortune. As for the rest of the boat it does have some age related marks and the boat cover could do with replacing for someone who is mechanically minded this would be a good quick project to have some fun with. The unbreaked trailer is included in the sale and is in good working order.
