Sunseeker Portofino 400

Sunseeker Portofino 400. 1996 model. Located in Brixham I have owned this boat for around 3 years. Before I owned the boat it had an extensive refit. This is probably the most kitted out 400 Portofino available.

Just closes off the boat more like what you see on speed boats.(shown in pictures) *Electric toilet *Tv install in Galley and master bedroom and TV ready in 2nd Bedroom In the 3 years I have owned it I have invested heavily into the boat whenever it needed it. I have spent a fortune on this sunseeker as I was never planning to sell. Some how talked myself into buying a new boat last year at the boat show. I have loved owning this boat and gets attention every time you're out as it looks stunning and looks much newer than it is. It's like owning a classic car as always something to do. I’m in no rush to sell. I have over 220k invested. I had a Survey completed when I purchased the boat and will make this available on viewing the boat.

Pistons, liners, oil pumps, new complete heads, bearing and the list goes on. Fully documented and pictures and only geniune Volvo Penta parts *New alternators, Stater motors and Turbos all genuine *New exhaust risers *Reconditioned Pumps and injectors *All seacocks and skin fittings Replaced *New Gearbox on starboard side *New leg hydraulic rams all 4 Cosmetic *Hull last year fully sand blasted and re antifouled in black report done and pictures available *Full cut and polish last year *New teak fitted to rear platform *Teak decking in main area re finished last year Bits left to do.
*Could do with a new carpet fitted in galley area. Fridge defrosted when the engine rebuild was done. *Set up the Auto trim. Flashing in new set up mode. Will try to do this when I’m next down *Auto pilot set up needed but just haven’t got round to it.
*Couple of scuffs on the paint work but wasn’t an issue for me. *Wiper arms could do with painting. Have removed to do it but lack of time to get done. *Fridge works perfectly but I would put a new one in as I think it’s the original and looks tatty inside. So to recap I am only selling due to a brand new boat coming soon.
This is not a distressed sale so will not take any silly offers. This is a 26 year old boat not a new one. In my opinion it will continue to cost you to maintain as this is what boat do in my experience. Any inspection is available and have no issues as long as all cost are covered by the potential Buyers. If you want the boat lifted for inspection all costs need to be covered.
Would consider deals money either way. Holiday homes, Land or Commercial properties in the south west England only. Cars but only Ferrari, Lamborghini or Porsche considered classic or modern. Cash either way
